Salvador Alanis
Salvador was the Managing Director at Draft in Mexico. He has held senior positions at Procter & Gamble and American Express. He has authored five books, and launched the Dutch television production company Endemol in Mexico. At the aforementioned, he produced the reality shows Big Brother and Fear Factor. Salvador has developed communication campaigns for Adidas, Philips, Burger King, Unilever, Camel, Nestle, and Modelo Beer, to name a few. He is the founder of The Bakery and the Executive Producer of all The Bakery shows. Salvador developed the new TV strategy for Time Warner in Latin America, creating and producing TV shows, such as Elle Mexico for E! Entertainment Television. Additionally, he directed the Mexican version of One Last Shot for Fox Sports.
He was recently awarded by the Toronto Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as the Entrepreneur of the Year.

John was born in Lisbon, Portugal, and is Co-Founder of The Bakery. John has developed campaigns and senior business relationships with some of the largest brands in the world, including Live Earth, The Girl Guides, Pepsi, Fifa World Cup, Real Madrid, and Nike. He travels frequently from New York to Toronto where, for the past 20 years, he has also owned and managed a professional film and documentary business.
